Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the Sportswear FTW Creation hub, working with a team of Product Creation professionals to deliver against the stated seasonal objectives and longer term aspirations for Sportswear Footwear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support to colleagues in accordance with directions and policies of the Company and local Country Management.
  • Manage communications on high level with Senior Director Product Creation and Senior HR Lead.
  • Mobility coordinator for relocation and repatriate supports: visa, work permit, resident card, shipment/relocation, air ticket, open/close bank account, local mobile phone, schooling, and other ad-hoc requirements.
  • Manage ticketing/flights/transfers/visas for creation center team and visitors.
  • Manage office day-to-day fleet management program.
  • Manage and follow-up office administration projects.
  • Take charge of routine correspondence to ensure timely and accurate response.
  • Create a variety of material, including presentation, announcements, correspondence, memos, minutes, reports and confidential material.
  • Learn how to make great adidas Footwear products.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen awareness of the audience. Knowing when to dive deep into the details and when to simplify the complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; builds trusted relationships with colleagues and a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisation and planning skills; displays a proactive approach, attention to detail and resourcefulness when managing stakeholders, diaries and travel across multiple time zones
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Thrives in a dynamic culture
  • Ability to participate in multiple seasonal projects with competing resources and deadlines
  • Good numerical skills with the ability to negotiate
  • Skill in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to travel domestically

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four year college or university degree, preferably in Marketing/Business
  • Minimum three (3) years related experience
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
