Job Title: Product Manager - Adidas Kids PM Apparel

Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Manager to join our Adidas Kids PM team. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of our kids' apparel line, from market analysis and product planning to development and go-to-market strategy. Your goal is to create compelling, innovative, and commercially successful product ranges that strengthen the Adidas brand among young consumers and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Strategy & Planning: Develop the seasonal and annual product strategy for Adidas Kids apparel. This includes defining the product line architecture, pricing, style, color stories, and size ranges based on brand positioning, business goals, and market trends.
· Market & Consumer Insight: Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis (SWOT), and track consumer trends to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions. Understand the needs of both children and their parents.
· Range brief : Plan the product assortment, including styles, categories, and SKU count, to maximize sales potential and order accuracy. Ensure a balanced mix that supports key stories and commercial targets.
· Cross-functional Leadership: Lead the product development process from brief to production. Collaborate closely with Design, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure product concepts are executed on time, meet quality standards, and align with the brand vision.
· Go-to-Market & Analysis: Present product lines and stories internally and at key meetings such as buy-ins or sales launches. Analyze in-season sell-through data to evaluate product performance and make recommendations for future seasons.
· Brand Stewardship: Ensure all products align with Adidas brand values, quality standards, and specific safety/comfort requirements for children's wear.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree or above.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or buying within the kids apparel industry, with a strong preference for background in sportswear or kids wear.
· Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Deep understanding of kids' apparel market trends, consumer behavior, and key competitors.
· Passion for the Adidas brand, sports, and creating products for kids.
