PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Develop and deliver best VM knowledge to adidas store cross all channels. Play a critical role to drive brand direction, business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Manager, responsible for all new concept stores opening plan cross both own retail and franchise stores
    • Create Category Zoning Plan
    • Calculate store SKU Capacity
    • Create VM Demo with ISC plan
    • Provide detail VM tools
    • New store opening set up support
    • Make store opening report
  • Support Showroom Layout Plan preparation and set up
  • Support VM projects and initiatives
  • Create strong relationship with key stakeholders (VM Planning Team, Regional VM Implementation Team, Retail Operations Team, Buying and Allocation Team, Store Development Team, Retail Marketing Team)
  • Create VM training materials and conduct seasonal VM training seminars to store VM/OVM
  • Drive VM/OVM workshop

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Able to develop store opening plan independently
  • Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking
  • Good communication skill
  • Good interpersonal communication skill

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 8 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brand
  • College degree or above
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
