Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks related to store openings/renovations: BPM approval, store code creation, SSM update
  • Support MOU and contract reviews in collaboration with legal, and manage follow-ups through to completion.
  • Monthly payroll settlement for own retail staff.
  • Project implementation and maintenance at retail stores: NPS, Endless Aisle, RFID, REPS, Bins, ThinkTime, GROW, etc.
  • Support communication with Global Store Operations by providing feedback on behalf of retail stores and RBO.
  • Support for store-related vendor tendering.
  • Budgeting and control of OPEX for own retail stores with a focus on cost-saving.
  • Approval of store requests regarding store supplies, including consumable goods (color ink/toner, stationery, staff uniforms, etc.) under certain threshold.
  • Maintenance of store lists and store vendor contact lists.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Retail Operations with a global brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
