Purpose:

The Senior Specialist Talent Operations acts as the execution backbone of Talent Partnering in LAM, ensuring the smooth, timely, and high-quality operational delivery of key talent processes, with a primary focus on Succession, Culture, and Performance. This role supports Talent Partnering leaders by executing complex processes that involve confidential data, executive-level materials, and sensitive decision-making, translating strategy into disciplined execution through strong project management, stakeholder coordination, data management, and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Partnering Operations & Project Execution:
  • Execute and coordinate the operational delivery of key Talent Partnering processes, with primary focus on Succession Planning, Culture initiatives, and Performance processes.
  • Translate Talent Partnering strategies, frameworks, and decisions into structured operational plans, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and follow-ups.
  • Manage end-to-end process logistics, including materials, stakeholder communications, documentation, and system readiness.
  • Handle highly confidential talent data and materials with accuracy, discretion, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Proactively identify execution risks and gaps, proposing practical solutions to improve flow, efficiency, and delivery quality.

  • Data Management, Reporting & Executive Materials:
  • Manage Talent-related data, trackers, files, and documentation with high accuracy and structure.
  • Consolidate LAM-level Talent data to support succession, performance, and culture decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership forums, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Vendor & Financial Management:
  • Manage Talent Partnering vendors, including coordination, scope tracking, and service delivery follow-up.
  • Oversee operational aspects of payments, invoices, and budget tracking, in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, financial controls, and internal processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness, with ability to handle confidential and executive-level information.
  • Ability to prepare clear, structured, executive-level presentations and materials.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including interaction with senior audiences.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable working with systems, tools, and basic automation (automation experience is a plus).
  • Proactive, agile, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English preferred.

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Talent, HR Operations or project coordination roles.
  • Experience in a regional or matrix organization is desirable.
  • Experience managing vendors and operational budgets is a plus.
