• Delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences
• Executing daily store operations with excellence and discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Understand store sales targets, KPIs, and individual performance goals; take ownership and actively contribute to achieving or exceeding them
• Deliver Brand Customer Service standards to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by consistently demonstrating the Brand Attitude and Values
• Apply seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during customer interactions
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to meet customer needs and strengthen Brand connection
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Receive, process, and replenish merchandise efficiently to ensure full product availability on the sales floor
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support loss prevention initiatives in both the stockroom and sales floor
• Perform all store operations safely, efficiently, and effectively
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members
• Complete required training programs and apply learnings on the job
• Actively seek feedback, coaching, and learning opportunities to continuously improve performance
