Sr Specialist Learning & Development

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Execute and support Learning & Development initiatives across assigned countries (Brazil, Chile and Argentina),
ensuring high‑quality delivery of core regional Learning & Development programs and
country‑specific initiatives. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to coordinate
logistics, enable facilitators, manage vendors, and measure outcomes to drive continuous
improvement and business impact.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Programs Execution & Market Delivery
• Plan and execute local/regional L&D initiatives (calendar, content, vendors, logistics,
deployment, feedback loops).
• Implement core Talent Development programs consistently and on time across
assigned countries.
• Create and/or deliver ad‑hoc workshops tailored to business needs.
• Support in identifying internal trainers; identify and engage facilitators; support


Train‑the‑Trainer plans.
• Apply and promote Skills‑Based Organization methodologies to strengthen capability
building.


Advisory, Consulting & Stakeholder Influence
• Guide HRBPs and business on learning needs and available solutions; escalate
where needed.
• Benchmark practices and share insights to inform local delivery.
• Maintain relationships with HR Directors, GMs and key stakeholders to remove
blockers for execution.


Methodologies, Toolkits, Communications & Enablement
• Participate in the co-creation and deployment of communications, toolkits, and
enablement of materials for program rollout.
• Support global/regional ad‑hoc requests for program deployment at a country level
and reporting.


Data, KPIs & Insights
• Collect and analyze program data; track KPIs; prepare reports and improvement
recommendations.


Vendor & Partner Management
• Identify and manage local vendors; ensure quality and compliance; support SOW,
legal, and procurement.


Global & Regional Collaboration
• Adopt regional L&D initiatives and represent country feedback; collaborate with
regional Talent partners.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong coordination and execution skills.
• Facilitation skills and ease in managing workshops or supporting facilitators.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Project management capabilities and ability to handle complexity across multiple
markets.
• Knowledge or practical experience with Skills‑Based Organization frameworks.


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• University degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent programs
coordination.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Portuguese native; Spanish and English advanced.
