Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Assisting Go-To-Market Managers in managing the business success of the categories Originals in East Europe by supporting the development and implementation of a robust category plan, within the strategic framework set by Europe BU & following the Strategy execution plan.

Key Responsibilities:

GTM:

  • Support GTM managers in their daily tasks.
  • Support for a local category marketing plan (GTM plan) in line with strategic objectives for different product divisions.
  • Support the team in administrative and organizational tasks.

Collaboration & Process:

  • Act as a support / contact person for Sales Managers as well as cross-functional marketing teams for GTM related questions.
  • Support the GTM team in developing the category plan and support handover to Sales.
  • Support the efficient execution of sample order process.
  • Support milestone execution.

Commercial & Analytics:

  • Learn to work efficiently in X-functional environment.
  • Support the successful road to sell-in process.
  • Work with available market data to help the team build dedicated product division plans.
  • Perform marketplace analysis, benchmark, trend-forecast.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Consumer focus with product knowledge
  • Good organizational talent
  • Good presentation skills
  • Analytical skills: fluent knowledge of EXCEL & POWERPOINT is a must.
  • High interest in fashion, culture & sport

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • University student in the field of Business / Marketing
  • Experience / previous internships in Sales / Marketing / Product management would be a plus
  • Fluency in English spoken & written mandatory.
  • IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Openness to work with hybrid teams (remote work)
