Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Drive the commercial success of key Factory Outlet locations by optimizing net sales, conversion rates (CR), and units per transaction (UPT).
• Key metrics for measuring success outside of financial KPIs are product flow to stores, in store availability/stock quality, on time order creation and weeks cover
• A key focus of this role is attention to detail and proactive approach in showing business risks and opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Senior Inventory Manager FO in driving the execution of the European DTC Outlet Strategy, related to Trading and Clusters, for Bricks and Mortar Factory Outlets driving qualitative, sustainable and profitable growth
• Preparation for weekly trading, monitor categories performance, address category stock gaps
• Create reporting packages for category and cluster heads
• Support Trading team on enhancement of existing excel tools (ex WSSI), provide templates for clusters analysis
• Identify and enhance opportunities within Factory Outlets, working with Cluster commercial teams to close the market share gap in DTC FO.
• Consolidate & review product performance on store level and provide insights to the team on findings & recommendations
• Proactively manage inventory levels in stores to orchestrate replenishment and forecasting in collaboration with Senior Clusters Managers to reduce out of stock in store
• Identify and share business opportunities based on trading results and commercial calendar
• Drive and implement EOSS/MSS strategy and opportunities in regards to stock and returns
• Provide input to planning team, support the forecasting for channel and oversee the product related reporting & analysis
• Actively manage day to day activities to maintain the end-to-end calendar for all Trading milestones incl. clear & regular communication of all internal deadlines to other functions (Assortment Planning & Buying, Planning etc.)
• Orchestrate pre-season assortment feedback process, consolidating input from Sr Manager Trading and Cluster, execute common sense checks to ensure key learnings are taken into account for future horizons
• Define distribution for articles with limited DC availability on weekly base

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling), Power BI / Tableau (dashboard creation, data visualization, automated reporting)
• SAP experience as an advantage
• Fluent in English (Additional language is an advantage)
• Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good Commercial skills
• Structured, organized and process-orientated
• Good knowledge of detail but ability to derive end-to-end picture
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales are preferred
• Merchandising or Analytical experience: 1-2 years
• Functional awareness of store operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing Activation, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics as a benefit
• Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to establish efficient and scalable processes
• Experienced in working cross-functional within international organization
