Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Enable the team to, together with market and global teams, secure the best availability for the business within the given cost constraints efficiently and effectively by delivering automation, decision-support tools and process improvement.

Act as a strategic partner to operational team by transforming data into actionable insights, improving process visibility, and developing scalable solutions using tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards, as well as other analytical solutions, to provide visibility into availability, inventory performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Translate commercial needs related to availability and inventory into supply chain requirements/ solutions with analytical frameworks and insights that support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Act as a key analytics partner for supply chain, planning, and business teams.
  • Project support: implementation of a project/ pilot within area of responsibility
  • Acting as the backup for the Team Leader

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, data analytics, information systems, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or supply chain management roles preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries .
  • Experience working with cross-functional operational teams and delivering analytical solutions that improve performance.
