At adidas, we are driven by innovation and performance. This role plays a key part in accelerating eCommerce growth by leading Performance Media and Affiliate Marketing strategies across key LATAM markets.

  • Lead Performance Media and Affiliate Marketing to drive incremental and profitable eCommerce growth.
  • Define and manage large-scale budgets across LATAM within the commerce and media ecosystem.
  • Ensure strong performance of affiliate partnerships and media investments.
  • Scale demand and improve acquisition efficiency, aligned with regional and global eCommerce priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of Performance Media across key markets, aligned with commercial priorities and key business moments.
  • Own and execute the end-to-end Affiliate Marketing strategy, including partner identification, onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Drive the Paid Media strategy for key LATAM markets, ensuring alignment with global and regional teams and applying best practices.
  • Manage campaign performance, investment decisions, and optimization strategies based on incrementality and profitability.
  • Act as the main point of contact for media agencies and external partners, ensuring best-in-class execution and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze campaign and partner performance, translating insights into actions that drive business growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and vendors in dynamic environments.
  • Highly proactive, with a strong focus on continuous value delivery, innovation, and channel scalability.
  • Deep expertise in Performance Media and Affiliate Marketing, ideally within eCommerce.
  • Solid understanding of digital acquisition channels, media buying, and partner ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into optimization and investment decisions.
  • Strategic mindset, balancing long-term growth with day-to-day performance management

Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or affiliate marketing, preferably within eCommerce.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs and performance campaigns focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with agencies, affiliate networks, and external partners, including day-to-day performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, affiliate marketing, CRM, and SEO.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
