Manager VM Execution, Y-3

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

  • Deliver best-in-class visual merchandising knowledge and execution for Y-3 stores.
  • Elevate visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to ensure consistency with global Y-3 brand direction, while reflecting local market needs and opportunities.
  • Drive premium and elevated in-store presentation that supports brand desirability, enhances consumer experience, and contributes to achieving KPI’s and maximizing sales performance.
  • Flawlessly execute visual merchandising directives and campaign launches, while making appropriate local adaptations in line with Y-3 brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement visual merchandising principles and techniques in line with Y-3’s premium brand positioning.
  • Elevate visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to ensure consistency, premium presentation, and alignment with global Y-3 guidelines.
  • Drive in-store space productivity by tracking sales vs. space ratio and leveraging sales data to optimize product presentation and visual merchandising decisions.
  • Analyze sales performance and consumer/product trends to identify VM improvement opportunities that can help drive sell-through and business results.
  • Translate global Y-3 visual merchandising guidelines into effective local execution, and make minor market-relevant adjustments where needed while safeguarding overall brand consistency.
  • Manage OVM execution
  • Collaborate closely with VM planning teams to support trade meeting setup.
  • Collaborate closely with store operations and VM store opening teams to support new store opening setup.
  • Collaborate closely with retail training teams to provide basic VM training content for both online and offline channels.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good data sense, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable VM adjustments.
  • Strong understanding of premium retail presentation and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill
  • Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years visual merchandising experience with sports brands or fast-fashion brands
  • Able to execute in store set up independently
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Proficient in MS application suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Fluent in English
