Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Drive the successful execution and continuous improvement of the Franchise Business Model across the market, ensuring sustainable growth, strong partnerships, and best-in-class operational standards across all franchise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Operations & Strategy Execution

  • Execute and continuously improve the end-to-end (E2E) Franchise Business Model across the market
  • Support and drive the implementation of the strategic planning defined for each franchise
  • Identify franchising opportunities and potential partners in collaboration with Sales Management
  • Develop and present franchise business cases to support decision-making processes

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Manage franchise collaborations by coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Ensure smooth cooperation across all internal and external interfaces
  • Interact consistently with Franchise teams across countries to share and implement best business practices
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, addressing needs and ensuring alignment

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations related to franchise business and partnerships
  • Support administrative processes and ensure effective execution of operational activities
  • Contribute to achieving sales budgets through active management and client interaction
  • Prepare reports, business projections, and performance tracking

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Track, analyze, and drive franchise stores’ KPIs
  • Measure progress against defined objectives and identify improvement areas
  • Assess franchise business performance and recommend optimization strategies

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit and develop talent for direct and indirect reporting roles in alignment with Sales Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing, integrated team by setting clear objectives and guidelines
  • Develop both functional and interpersonal skills of team members
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and a performance-driven culture

Projects & Channel Development

  • Support the evolution of the franchise channel through special projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within franchise operations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and retail operations
  • Broad theoretical and practical knowledge of business processes, tools, and company policies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance optimization
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Franchise, Retail, or Business Operations
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in Latin America markets is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
