As a Technical Project Manager in our AI Projects team, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cutting-edgeAI initiatives focused on robot learning and data collection. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, managecommunication across diverse stakeholders, and drive continuous innovation in the intersection of AI and robotics.

Project Planning & Execution: Work closely with Product Management and Technical Leadership to defineobjectives, create detailed project plans, and ensure timely and efficient execution, including task allocation,scheduling, and resource management.

Implementation of Results: Oversee the successful deployment and integration of project deliverables acrossglobal stakeholder locations, collaborating with industry partners where required.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders,ensuring alignment on project goals, milestones, and progress.

Team Coordination: Align cross-functional project teams within the AI department. Organize and facilitate teammeetings and Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles such as SCRUM or Kanban.

Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintainmomentum and meet deadlines.

Operational Oversight:

• Overseeing the daily operations and ensuring timely execution of troubleshooting measures
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to monitor system behavior and support iterativeimprovements.
• Supervise routine robot operations involving human operators.
• Guide and support operators in interacting with robotic systems and associated tools.
• Train new personnel on system usage and safety procedures.

Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects using Agile methodologies(SCRUM, Kanban), preferably in automation or robotics environments.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating technicalconcepts for varied audiences.

Ownership & Drive: High level of initiative and accountability, with a proactive approach to managing technicaldeliverables from inception to deployment.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving technology environments.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring thorough and preciseproject execution.

Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of robotic systems, including sensors, actuators, andcommunication interfaces.

Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

AI Expertise: Solid understanding of AI principles, particularly in computer vision, and their applications inrobotics.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field—orequivalent hands-on experience.

Technical Tools: Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System), Python, and Linux-based environments.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage and will be considered a strong asset.
