Job Description:
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /MAJOR END RESULTS
Control of Continuing airworthiness for Customer fleet
Fleet availability and performance
Maintenance scheduled economics and available performances
Continuous improvement of Customer maintenance programme.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Perform the activities covering the scope of CAMO services department, including but not limited to:
Support the development and updating of the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP), including the support for the implementation and management of the OMP in the Customer IT TOOL (MDS)
Support the analysis of the OMP effectiveness and optimization processes as required.
Support the analysis of all Engineering Documentation (ADs, SBs, VSBs, Modifications, Engineering Orders, SIL, AOT, etc. for all ATA), in order to be implemented in the customer fleet. Support the updating in the related data bases and/or IT TOOL (MDS) with required data.
Support the monitoring of the reliability of aircraft systems and components of the customer fleet, supporting the required activities to issue the operator reliability reports if needed.
Support the management of the aircraft configuration and the updating of new aircraft included in the fleet through the IT TOOL (MDS) and any other documentation (logbooks, etc)
Support the maintenance planning activity through the definition of the work packages for the different maintenance events (A-Checks, C-Check, etc.)
Support the Customer in the revision of the Certificate of Airworthiness, if needed.
Answer and support Customer in relation to any Technical Query associated with the aforementioned activities
DECISION AND LEADERSHIP AUTHORITY
Liaison with customer for continuing airworthiness activities and fleet management
Assessment on maintenance program
Assessment to Customer for Engineering Documentation with internal Airbus Military policies and engineering documentation
Assessment to Customer from Reliability analysis
Provide answer to technical queries.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Chartered Engineer Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
+2 years’ experience in the aeronautical field as CAMO Engineer, Airline Engineer or Technical Services Engineer.
Good Knowledge in Part M/CAMO and 145 regulation (civil and military)
Sound knowledge of the military regulations and procedures of the supported customer.
Knowledge in the development of the OMP, Reliability programme and Engineering documentation analysis.
User knowledge in software (MDS, AMOS, TRAX, etc) for the Continuing Airworthiness management
Strong English skills, both verbal and written
Russian language is mandatory.
Good communication skills and customer oriented.
Understand customer’s operation and processes.
