Role: Functional Analyst - SAP Customer Project Management (Professional Services) on S/4 HANA Cloud
Number of positions : 1
Description:
The candidate should understand business processes and technical architecture of SAP S4HANA Public Cloud landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules for the CPM/PS area.
The area of responsibility will be to support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and post-go-live support activities while ensuring alignment with SAP standard scope items, fit-to-standard principles, and public cloud best practices. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure effective process adoption and integration across functional areas.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in an SAP Customer project management
Experience in project related Procurement processes, Order to cash
Experience in project contract management and related billing
Experience project planning and controlling
Experience in Budget handling
Experience in handling multiple functional projects in the landscape.
Experience in Timesheet and tracking the reports
Nice to Have:
Knowledge on CDS views, Reports
Experience in project management and SAP Activate methodology
Responsibilities
Design and configure the solutions as per the requirements with good quality and performance.
Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape
Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
Perform deep functional root cause analysis and performance improvement
Work with different stakeholders and define the process as per the needed functionalities
Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
User acceptance testing on coordinating with all the users and keeping the status as per the timelines.
Responsible for Data migration support by providing right details and uploading in the system upon coordination with stakeholders
Training the key users on the change management processes.
SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
Able to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers
