AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.


We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.


The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

The candidate will be working in the activities included in the scope of a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization):

- Provide Maintenance Engineering and Fleet Management support activities (associated to EASA/EMAR Part M) to manage and assure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft of the Airbus DS fleets that are necessary to get a safety operation with the highest level of fleet availability and lowest maintenance cost, always in compliance with the Customer's National Regulation Authorities.

- Support the customer in all Continuing Airworthiness activities.

- These are the activities to be performed by any operator to maintain the airworthiness of In Service aircraft

The activities included in the intership will be related to:

- Develop and review Operator Maintenance Programs (OMP)

- Identify the data and participate in the process to analyse the effectiveness of the OMP

- Analysis Engineering Documents that impact in the configuration of the aircraft

- Participate in the development of a tool to optimize the grouping of OMP tasks

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Knowledge on Engineering Airline activities and understanding of EMAR and EASA regulation to be follow by Operators in civil and military enviroment.

- General knowledge and view of aircraft systems and structure.

- Relation with other organizations involve in the aircraft operation: Design, Production, Services Activities to be peformed at Getafe Airbus facilities.
