We are looking for a Quality & Operational Excellence Lead to be the strategic bridge between high-level security vision and world-class execution.
This is a high-visibility role across the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, and India. You won't just monitor compliance; you will shape the mindset of a global team.

Key Responsibilities
1.Champion of Quality & Strategy
The Quality Roadmap: Design and execute the strategy to embed a "Quality-First" culture across our global digital perimeter. Act as a strategic partner for Project Gate Reviews, ensuring our most critical security initiatives are delivered with uncompromised quality.
Audit Leadership: Empower teams to stay "audit-ready". You will turn findings into growth opportunities, ensuring our global perimeter remains a model of excellence.
2. Governance & Change Catalyst
Steer the CAB: Lead the Change Acceptance Board (CAB), collaborating with Architects to ensure technical changes are robust, secure, and ready for flight.
The Voice of the Domain: As our Process Representative (POM), acts as the strategic link between operational reality and process design. You catch operational feedback and turn it into improved global ways of working. You make the system work better for everyone.
3. Resilience & Risk Intelligence
Strategic Risk Support: Act as the "early warning system" for the domain. You’ll guide project teams in identifying and mitigating risks before they impact the business.
Root Cause Leadership: When challenges arise, you’ll lead the analysis to find the "why" and build the bridge to the "how" for future prevention.
4. Performance Storytelling & Insights
The Pulse of the Domain: You won’t just report numbers; you’ll tell the story of our success. By tracking Top Function and Domain Objectives, you provide the leadership team with the clarity they need to celebrate wins and pivot where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
The Experience: 3+ years of experience in Quality Management, Operational Excellence, or Project Governance. You have a track record of turning standards into tangible results.
The Analytical Mind: You have a natural knack for identifying project risks and the confidence to suggest proactive solutions to leadership.
The Communicator: You are an expert at building bridges in multicultural environments. You thrive on collaboration and can influence stakeholders at all levels with clarity and empathy.
The Digital Edge: You move at the speed of Digital, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
The Purpose: You are driven by ethics and a desire to contribute to the safety and security of the global aerospace industry.

Effective implementation/coordination of cybersecurity projects, ensuring security objectives align with business needs.
Improved stakeholder collaboration, driving engagement and alignment across teams.
Optimized processes, resulting in improved risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
