Definition VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Assist our H135 plateau with the various projects and preparation of financial planning
Implementing project management processes.
Ensuring that project management tools and methods are applied.
Follow-up of deadlines and KPIs.
Ensure visual project management.
Preparation of reports, e.g. project review, risk management.
Risk and Opportunity Management (implementation of the R&O Management process in cooperation with Enterprise Risk Management).
Contribution to Operational Planning / Financial Forecast, resource management (e.g. delivery forecast & budget planning).
Desired skills and qualifications
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration,
Mechanical Engineering, Management or Economics.You have strong communication and networking capabilities.
You bring the strong will to deliver results and a self-responsible attitude to drive and achieve agreed objectives.
You have top capabilities in office applications and general digital affinity (AI/Gsuite/etc.).
You distinguish yourself through your ability to adapt and use multiple forms of interaction styles to convince and/or persuade people as well as stakeholders to follow ideas and proposals.
Your fluent English is a must and advanced German is an advantage.
