Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a New Programs MFT Leader (f/m) to join our Shopfloor Core Execution department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing end-to-end digital continuity building blocks and next-generation Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES Next Gen). As part of the Industrial Modernization team, you will be involved in orchestrating functional roadmaps, driving cross-project governance, and managing deployment strategies aiming at moving away from manual processes to a digital-first execution model to prepare our factories for next-generation aircraft programs.

Your challenges:
Drive integration and governance acting as the primary cross-functional bridge between plant operations and digital program management.
Manage the functional roadmap and timeline execution, ensuring core digital building blocks are mature before transnational deployment.
Orchestrate business capabilities requirements verifying technical feasibility and data continuity across development processes.
Align cross-project software dependencies and streamline data exchanges with ecosystem products (e.g., uNC, UPM, MOM).
Lead transnational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to production and high adoption of digital shopfloor solutions.
Your boarding pass:
Proven professional experience in industrial project management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Information Management (IM).
Substantive structural knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering fundamentals, Lean tools, and shopfloor digitization challenges.
Demonstrated track record in milestone control and orchestrating multi-layered functional roadmaps.
Experienced in working within and influencing transnational, non-colocated, and multicultural teams.
Full professional fluency in English is mandatory to ensure clear continuous communication with top management and stakeholders.
