Mission
As Head of Transport and Logistic Services you will manage & challenge physical logistics activities on quality, time and cost through integration of all stakeholders (such as Service providers, Procurement operations, Operations Engineering & Planning) acting in the physical logistics process from unloading of parts on the general warehouse to delivery to point of use / point of delivery (including final customers).
Your main accountablities will be the following:
1. Manage the physical logistics activities
Ensure physical logistics (E2E) management performance & improvement control by implementing and controlling KPIs (onTime, onCost, onQuality)
Ensure application of Airbus Crisa logistics processes, rules & policies in physical logistics activities (goods incoming, incoming inspection and kitting)
Drive issue solving with a quick & simple alert/escalation process and joining SQCDPs or operational routines from Ops.
Propose and drive local, not disruptive and short term Improvement Initiatives, share experience & practices via Logistics service managers network.
Contribute to End To End Logistics Solutions optimisation and Surface optimisation.
Secure that standard distributions means are in the right quality and quantity.
Contribute to infrastructure evolution and surface management.
Assess logistics impacts in case of short and middle term planning changes.
2. Manage the Logistics Provider (LP) contract compliance and subcontractor activities
Ensure right contract application by the provider and by Airbus, budget respect and savings.
Create, challenge, validate operational scope change requests, work specifications, ad-hoc service requests and Claims.
Contribute to scope change request within a project.
Perform technical negotiation in units price, volumes & forecasts.
Ensure & facilitate harmonised and agile contract governance to deliver services on time, on quality & on cost.
Developing & deploying way of working and trainings to support operations in the contract management
Calculate and monitor logistics budget in interface with Finance
3. Ensure the alignment of logistics operations within the internal stakeholders processes and requirements to secure a logistics performance
Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders.
Anticipate, understand/challenge internal stakeholders’ requests and ensure implementation of changes.
4. Ensure risk management with internal stakeholders and Logistics Provider. Perform root cause analysis and manage mitigation plans.anages compliance to regulatory and safety obligations
5. Manages compliance to regulatory and safety obligations
Is accountable for all topics related to Airworthiness Authorities, Quality, Export Control, Environment, Health & Safety, and Dangerous goods with regards of the logistics business execution.
Contribute to corporate audits and industrial maturity.
Plan, prepare, run audits in collaboration with quality and implement actions to close findings.

Education & background requirements
Master degree
Both English and Spanish at negotiation level
Senior expertise in logistics solutions management and regulations
Relevant background experience in activity based costing for supply chain, stock management, digital tools
