Job Description:

ACCOUNTABILITY

As an intern supporting the Digital Workplace Asset team, your primary responsibilities will be to assist the team in daily operations and specific projects, focusing on the ServiceNow platform and IT Asset Management.

Your accountabilities include:

  • ServiceNow Platform Support:

    • Assist in the optimization and configuration of the ServiceNow Asset Management module based on local requirements.

    • Support the team in defining, testing, and implementing modifications to platform permissions and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

    • Provide support for testing new features or patches deployed on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Act as a key support contact for communicating with European teams (and other global stakeholders) regarding ServiceNow development, permission requests, and workflow changes.

    • Assist in translating local business requirements for asset management into clear technical specifications for global development teams.

    • Help track the progress of development tasks and change requests assigned to European teams.

  • Operational & Technical Support:

    • Provide first-level (L1) support to internal users for inquiries and issues related to the ServiceNow asset platform.

    • Assist in troubleshooting basic incidents related to asset data, user access, and workflow processes.

    • Support the team in following up on and escalating urgent cases related to asset management to ensure timely resolution.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain clear documentation for local configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures for the asset platform.

    • Assist in generating regular reports from ServiceNow on asset compliance, data accuracy, license status, or service requests for management review.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Support:

    • Assist the team in maintaining a close relationship with internal stakeholders (e.g., Key Users, Focal Points) to gather feedback and pain points related to the asset management tools.

    • Support the organization of user involvement workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions for new ServiceNow features.

    QUALIFICATION

    EDUCATION: with Master degree or Bachelor degree in Information Technology related / English / Business Management

    EXPERIENCE: Internship or part-time experience in IT or administrative support is a plus, but not mandatory.

    CERTIFICATION:

    CET 6 or above;

    LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking (CET 6 or above)

    KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    Basic IT knowledge and understanding of computer hardware/software lifecycle management.

    Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

    Knowledge of ITIL or asset management systems is a plus.

    Strong interest in IT and digital workplace technologies.

    Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

    Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and responsible attitude.

    Attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.
