Your tasks

  • You have a solid understanding of core retail processes and you act as a bridge between Business and IT
  • Support of strategic initiatives in the preparation of architecture planning artefacts (e.g. option assessments, solution overview)
    to inform stakeholder decisions and drive the overall target architecture discussion with technical and functional stakeholders
  • Design, align, evolve, visualize and communicate Architecture Big-Pictures and necessary IT architecture artifacts (e.g. capability map, overall target architecture & architecture transformation roadmap, technology radar)
  • Govern an ensure quality in architecture processes and procedures
  • Host, moderate and facilitate the architecture community meetings to identify potential areas of optimization and ensure the development of a stable, effective and cost efficient architecture that is aligned across all domains
  • Define and establish common standards, patterns and best practices together with relevant stakeholders and other architects
  • Curate enterprise architecture meta model and enterprise architecture repository

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in IT-Architecture roles (food retailing sector beneficial
  • Deep knowledge in common Architecture-Tools (e.g. LeanIX, SparxEA) and Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Experienced in Cloud-Technologies (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience in complex SAP transformation projects (incl. SAP S/4 HAN RMM, eWM and TM)
  • Strong analytical and architectural skills with the ability to outline and present complex coherences in a simple and comprehensible way
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities
  • Collaborative skills and interdiciplinary problem solving thinking
  • Required Language Skills: minimum german: B2, minimum English: B2
