What you will do

• Monthly and quarterly maintenance of key fund/strategy presentations, including:
  • Sourcing regular data updates from investment teams and other applications and tools
  • Ensuring presentations are updated with recent performance and positioning and other key changes e.g.: investment strategy; corporate data such as: AuM, locations, personnel numbers etc.
  • Quality control checks
  • Uploading and approving content in our centralized publishing tool
• Creation of new product presentation slides
• Redesign of presentation slides
• Management of translation requirements
• Daily management of external agencies
• Management of Compliance process: ensuring appropriate approvals are in place before publishing content
• Collaboration with global stakeholders
• Management of Updates Log and Task Planner
• Clear communication of workload status
• Ordering reports as required from our key data provider
• Participation in process improvement workshops and management of process documents for this area
• Any additional tasks to support the team, subject to current workload, e.g.: proof reading of other material
• Assisting with project tasks – as requested by Team Lead
• Attendance of and contribution to team/department meetings
• Management of daily tasks and duties within timelines and to a high quality

What you bring

• Knowledge and understanding of Marketing and the Asset Management industry
• Fund presentation production and maintenance: 2+ years essential
• Experience of managing external agencies
• Strong skills across MS Office suite
• Experience with Seismic (an advantage)
• Strong written German and English is a must
• Presentation design experience (an advantage)
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as with the team
