We are looking for a new colleague who will be a detail-oriented and analytical reporting analyst to join our team. As a data analyst for IT services such as applications and technical infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stability and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing and presenting data to continuously improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to continuously improve end-user satisfaction. Please note that the position is advertised in Allianz Technology CE countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary) therefore the location depends on where the successful applicant will be hired.

You will:
• Data gathering and analysis: Collect and compile data (e.g. KPIs and SLAs) from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Analyse technical stability: Conduct detailed analysis of technical stability metrics, including system performance, uptime and incident frequency. Identify patterns, trends and areas of concern and propose solutions to enhance overall technical stability.
• Implement measures for technical stability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as with internal and other steak-holders to design and implement measures aimed at improving technical stability. This includes evaluating and implementing best practices, automation, enhanced monitoring and proactive maintenance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures for technical improvements.
• Reporting: Ensure Design and development of reports. This includes creating visually appealing dashboards, charts and graphs to effectively present the data to stakeholders.
Ensure implementation of automated solutions to increase efficiency.
• Data visualization: Present data in a visually compelling manner, using charts, graphs and other visual representations. Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to facilitate understanding and drive actionable outcomes.

You need:
• Understanding ITIL terminology and concepts as well as best practices and processes related to Change, Problem, and Incident Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets.
• Familiarity with KPIs and SLAs and their significance in monitoring and improving technical stability.
• Proficient in using reporting tools and software (e.g. Service Now, Glorea, Dynatrace, Power BI) to create impactful reports.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Experience in automating reporting processes and working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to different audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English is a must

Base salary starts from 2500€ per month and depends on the professional qualifications and experience of candidate.
