Product Manager Qirin

As a member of our Group Organization & Change team, you will define the overall product vision and lead the development of new products/features/processes in Qirin project across the squads, from the design to the launch, followed by continuous improvements. You will ensure Agile/Scrum best practices and application of new trends and strongly contribute to the Group Credit Transformation Strategy of AZ Trade. You will promote experimentation methodologies and continuous improvement

Main tasks:

• You drive the achievement of the overall product goal combining all squads, manage the overall definition of the product vision together with Group Credit and communicate it to your team. You define the short / medium term product strategy with credit and implement it;
• You manage the product backlog across the squads including interdependencies and prioritization. Your team defines, co-designs, helps writing and prioritize the next features / user stories and plan releases in the respective squads;
• You ensure a proper project management knowledge within your team and application by your team to ensure a smooth sprint running: design / negotiation of the backlog sprints with the team and Head of Products and supervise the achievement of the objective of the product.
• You represent users and stakeholders: you listen, observe and translate the expressed needs into a product vision and strategy.
• You guarantee quality: find the right balance in the prioritization between functionalities and technical complexities. You know how to translate technical constraints to your client and vice versa explain business priorities and translate them into a balanced roadmap;
• You manage the continuous improvement of the team and the product: ensure knowledge, sprint rituals to foster collaboration and continuous improvement of the team organization and processes;
• You design the content of the Big Rooms in cooperation with the tribe lead.

Knowledge / Experiences / Competencies required:

• You have at least 6 years of experience in a PO position, in an IT environment or comparable experiences in a business role
• You have a good understanding of our risk processes
• You have recognized experience in advancing projects with a technical dimension by demonstrating conviction, tenacity and autonomy, while being supported by the innovation / digital projects manager and the team's Tech Lead
• You have knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and a strong affinity for user-centered design and functional analysis
• Your level of English is fluent both oral and written
