YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES will be:

 Development of new lending and non-lending products and services for individuals including pricing and profitability models, marketing and distribution strategy, operational and servicing documentation

 Product lifecycle management – monitoring of performance and profitability

 Design and implementation of the sales and servicing processes related to the retail products

 Internal and external analysis of statistical data for banking products and services for retail customers

 Preparation of internal rules and procedures concerning retail products

 Market and competition analysis

YOU HAVE:

• Strong retail products knowledge and expertise;

• very good command of English (written and spoken);

• creativity and innovative thinking;

• excellent communication and analytical skills

• excellent PC skills
