A successful candidate will have background in:

• Leads analysis and solution implementation to improve operational accuracy, efficiency and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert integrating complex product design and business rules into solutions.
• Generates recommendations to resolve known areas for improvement or to take advantage of emerging opportunities.
• In response to regulation and in collaboration with other areas, determines business systems approach and requirements needed to maintain compliance within impacted applications and processes.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of quality control processes.
• Manages the training and development of individuals. Senior reviewer of other’s work.

What you bring:

• 8-10 years of experience required, Relevant technical and/or business experience
• Four-year degree required, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; or specialized training or equivalent work experience

Licensing/Certification/Other Comprehensive technical skills at an expert level in the areas of: Insurance product features and mechanics; Programming concepts (XML, json, java); Knowledge of ACORD standards; Microsoft Excel functionality including Visual Basic for Applications; Administration systems; Relevant regulations
