Responsibilities:

To design and implement all requirements related to non-motor products from new product development to improvement of existing products in an agile working environment.
To suggest actions by evaulating competitor products&related strategies and to implement actions as a team.
To conduct relations with internal and external stakeholders in all processes.
To follow the business processes and prepare the necessary documentation during the product development phase.
To carry out the necessary studies to ensure that the business rules are applied correctly and completely in all processes, and to carry out monitoring / reporting activities.
Performing required system/product tests

Qualifications:

Bachelor or master degree from Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Insurance / Banking or related departments
Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience in the insurance sector or different sectors,
Experience in insurance product and process management (Preferably Non-Motor Products)
Professional competence in the use of written and spoken English,
Curious and willing to learn continuously in different fields,
Thinking analytical,
Suitable for teamwork and having strong communication skills,
