Job role

The Senior IT Project Manager/ Consultant (IT Risk Governance) will be part of the IT Services within Allianz Services and he/she will deliver project management services to our customers for Infrastructure, Workplace and\or Business Platform related projects.

What you will do

  • Assessment and analysis: evaluate the current end user computing environment within an organization, including software tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Assist in EUC compliance: collaborate closely with application owners to understand their requirements and objectives for end-user computing software, ensuring that all necessary compliance standards are effectively met and implemented.
  • Training and support: provide training to end users and support staff on how to effectively manage the EUCs lifecycle & troubleshoot issues.
  • Documentation: create documentation, user guides, and best practices for managing the end user computing software.
  • Record the end user computing software in the EUC register.
  • Establish communication links with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement: stay informed about best practices related to end user computing software and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder & communication management
  • Define the scope and objectives of the IDP governance (incl. first draft of roles and responsibilities)
  • Define project goals based on the gaps for regulatory compliance and desired process maturity.
  • Support the project team in developing policies and standards for IDP application development, usage, and security
  • Regularly monitor compliance and effectiveness of the IDP governance framework
  • Understand the current IDP landscape and risk management procedures
  • Identify key stakeholders and their requirements.
  • Assess current risks and compliance gaps

What you bring

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation and mediation) and ability to develop business relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written English required; additional foreign language skills are advantageous
• Proven project management experience
• High adaptability skills to an environment which is constantly changing and developing
• Understanding and willingness to understand the functionalities of End-User Computing (EUC) solutions across various technologies, including Excel (formulas, macros, VBA), Python scripts, or Access databases.
• Understanding of information risks and information risk management principles
• IT background
• Ability to manage a control-based process in respect to end user computing software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good to have experience in applying policies and standards
• Experience with any of the following tools: ServiceNow & ADOIT

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Relevant business experience designing and architecture of Identity and access Management with business requirements and security standards in mind.
• Understanding of data privacy and safeguarding function controls
• Pro-active and solution-oriented behavior
• Knowledgeable on Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience with IT Project Management, incl. functional design, budget controlling, IT risk management
• Experience with KPI management and reporting solutions
• Possession or target to obtain a certification is a plus for any public cloud vendor or any other system security certifications providers.
