Establish portfolio level readiness capability across the enterprise, include but not limited to, Compliance, Legal, Product Development, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Technology, HR and Finance to ensure end-to-end readiness to support ongoing product launches and promotion events. You will work on behalf of and in coordination with the ELG, SLG to effectively and efficiently lead us through periods of transition. Partner with the Business Sponsor to direct and lead all aspects of program management for Annuity and Life products for the strategic projects. You will work across departments and with strategic leaders to develop business cases and program/initiative plan recommendations. Lead Business Analysis capability Center of Excellence to support initiatives and projects across the organization. This position requires a high level of understanding of the key support areas and how significant issues will affect and affect the department and enterprise initiatives. This position also requires an extensive program management experience - leading complex, strategic, large-scale project; cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management/engagement, with the ability to align strategies and recommendations with goals. You will report to the VP.

What you do:

This position also requires an extensive program management experience - leading complex, strategic, large-scale project; cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management/engagement, with the ability to align strategies and recommendations with business objectives.

You will have background in:

  • Readiness Capability & Management: Establish and lead end to end readiness capability across Operations, Distribution, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Reporting and other areas Leads to support product launches and promotional events. Manage the agreement of all departments to program goals, activities and deadlines. Build relationships across all levels of leadership to guide visibility, accountability and resolution of barriers. Lead readiness facilitation to help build the end-to-end readiness activities and ensure the process to approve the functional milestones are in place before products are deployed into the marketplace.
  • Program Management: Accountable for program management, tracking and reporting for strategic initiative by aligning across ELG, SLG leaders, and Business Sponsors on critical transformational program to recommend solutions and facilitating decision-making that supports the strategic direction of the program and Company.
  • Governance: Enhance and maintain infrastructure and operating rhythmn to create visibility and bring accountability to program and business performance, by providing the right level of detail, to the right people, at the right time.
  • Issue Management: Enhance and govern issue management capability to intake issues from all listening posts to validate, prioritize, assess and resolve critical production issues. Facilitate readiness culture by allowing informed decisions with visibility, consistency and discipline for an optimal consumer experience.
  • Business Analysis: Lead and oversee business analysis capability and establish a Center of Excellence for best practices and standards around this capability. Manage resources to support initiatives and projects across the organization.
  • Training & Change management: Liaison between L&D and Program teams for training roadmaps, requirements and documentation. Accountable for training proficiency monitoring, tracking and reporting. Lead holistic communication plan and execution for programs. Lead change management for end-users.

What you bring:

  • 11+ years of experience required, program management experience - leading complex projects
  • You will have leadership and partner engagement, with the ability to align strategies and recommendations with our goals
  • Experience in identifying Indicators and other analytics to measure product value
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Licensing/Certification/Other, PMP or Agile Certifications
