The sales support team is responsible for fostering profitable growth in the local Business Units and Global functions across 44+ countries and 6 different personas. One major pillar is supporting sales by providing sound sales processes, sales applications, and training. The Global Sales Support Team is the home of the “Salesforce” applications which is used as the collaboration tool for Sales with adjacent functions, such as Legal, Compliance and Underwriting.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing our data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analysed to glean insights that drive strategic decision making in business. This position encompasses a comprehensive analysis lifecycle, covering requirement gathering, activity execution, and design planning. Data analysts are tasked with enhancing analytical and reporting functions, as well as supervising performance and quality assurance processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement

What you do

Reporting to the Salesforce CRM Manager the Data Analyst has the following responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and scorecards using various data reporting tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements and KPIs.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to extract insights and identify trends that support business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleanup.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Assist with the implementation of data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Document reporting processes and maintain a library of report templates and documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required by management.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-technical audiences


What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Salesforce experience an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data mining is a plus.
