We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Owner to lead our Onsite Support Services. This critical function encompasses a variety of essential services to ensure seamless IT operations within the organization. The role involves overseeing Asset Management, which includes tracking and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, the position will oversee Onsite Services (IMAC/D) for installations, moves, adds, changes, and disposal of IT equipment, along with the management of vending machines, remote diagnostics tools, and asset management platforms. The Product Owner will also play a key role in the Walk-in Center, ensuring immediate, face-to-face technical support for employees. These services work together to maintain an efficient and effective IT environment. What will make you succeed in this position?
• Higher education degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT, or comparable education.
• Possess international experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams across different regions.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Onsite support products: Asset Management, Onsite Site Services (IMAC/D), Walk-in center
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & MAC OS, HW devices.
• Overview knowledge of workplace SaaS products and services,
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Profound knowledge of the customer, market, and competitors.
• Relevant work experience in leadership, management, and / or relevant area.

Your mission in the role will be:
• Responsible for maximizing the value of the product with a focus on Asset Management, Walk-in Center and vending machines.
• Prioritizes and manages the Product Backlog, including clearly expressing Product Backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions, representing the desires of the stakeholders in the Product Backlog, and ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible.
• Regularly provides updates and creates transparency towards the customer on what the Scrum Team will work on next.
• Ensures that the Team understands the backlog items to the needed level.
• Ensures that product increments are delivered in high quality and iteratively considering customer and stakeholder feedback thus ensuring continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with the IT teams to assess and implement new technologies that could improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of onsite IT support (e.g., automation, self-service tools, AI-powered IT support).
• Working closely with various stakeholders, including the development team, customers, and business leaders, to understand their needs and to managing expectations and to ensure success of delivery.
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics of the products within the product such as revenue, customer satisfaction and identifying improvement areas to ensure continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain regular collaboration with OSS PO Germany, Local/Regional service manager to ensure services alignment globally.
