At Allianz Services (within Allianz Technology), we are key enablers of the Data & AI transformation journey for Allianz Group. In the role of Senior Data Product Manager, you will be part of the Data Analytics Services, providing specialized services to support the strategic development, enhancement and governance of the Allianz Data Platform (ADP). This position is based in Barcelona and is focused on driving global initiatives that align with Allianz’s overarching strategic objectives.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• 8+ years of experience in data platform management, product strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, MBA).
• Extensive expertise in data platform technologies, data governance, analytics, and AI within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of global insurance operations and experience working within Allianz or similar organizations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and certification in project or product management (e.g., PMP, CDMP).
• Excellent English communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing global stakeholders effectively.

Your mission in the role will be:

Service Delivery and Platform Development

• Provide specialized services to support the continuous evolution of the Allianz Data Platform (ADP), focusing on delivering solutions aligned with global standards for scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify, design, and deliver impactful use cases that support Allianz Group's strategic objectives, ensuring platform capabilities meet diverse business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Support

• Act as a service provider to Allianz Operating Entities (OEs), offering guidance and expertise to maximize the value of ADP.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with global teams to gather insights, address challenges, and co-create solutions for data-driven transformation.
• Provide responsive support to OEs and cross-functional teams as part of a defined service delivery model.

Governance and Performance Monitoring

• Contribute to global governance frameworks by providing insights and recommendations based on ADP usage and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize use cases and ensure platform development aligns with Allianz Group’s strategic direction.
• Monitor platform usage and propose enhancements in consultation with central leadership to drive continuous improvement.
