What will make you succeed in this position?

• Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field
• Certified as Product Owner
• Experience in the field of Identity & Access Management
• Several years of professional experience as DevOps Engineer and/or Product Owner
• Sound knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in the development and management of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud environments (such as AWS and Azure)
• Strong project management and agile product development skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working

Your mission in the role will be:

• Introducing DevOps into an organization involves a strategic approach that aligns with the organization's goals and culture.
• Evaluate your current development and operations processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Form a team that includes members from both development and operations. This team should work collaboratively to break down silos and foster a culture of shared responsibility.
• Identify automation opportunities and utilize existing automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure that code changes are automatically tested and deployed, leading to faster and more reliable releases.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality, iterative delivery of product increments, considering customer and stakeholder feedback to achieve continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners and provide guidance on global roll-out roadmap/backlog prioritization.
• Ensure fulfillment of non-functional requirements of the solution, such as performance, data protection, IT security and ergonomics/usability.
• Enthusiastic about agility in Business and IT and the cultivation of an Agile “You Build it – You Run it” team.
