Job role

The role is part of the Business Analytics Multinational Team, within the Actuarial Pillar of Allianz Services Romania.

For this run service collaboration, you would be working closely with a global and dynamic team of AGCS Multinational professionals. The client allocated to the role is the Head of Multinational Business Model Transformation and Process Redesign.

Allianz Multinational Insurance Program team is a dedicated group of specialists, who deliver our unique selling proposition (USP) through technical excellence, the Allianz Network and a relentless focus on clients. We aim to increase the knowledge of our Global Team to enhance the Client Experience through our technical capabilities, internal collaboration and to set the tone for our Multinational growth.

You will be responsible for collaboration with the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) office, Network Management, and other cross-functional teams in the successful development, launch, and standardization of new insurance and existing products. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with market requirements, facilitate implementation steps, and provide expertise for system and process integrations in line with the target vision, drive the optimization of the processes and automation. In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge, deep understanding of Multinational value chain and processes, and competitor benchmarking to scope requirements and implement new Multinational business process along with training respective teams and business units.

What you will do

• Understand product requirements, market-specific needs, and key producers and collaborate with the CUO office to oversee product rollout initiatives.
• Assess expected volumes and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
• Establish standards for wording population aligned with system capabilities and develop standardized procedures for new product implementation for both new business and renewals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GPS integration and future BMP projects, as well as build and document system maintenance protocols, including GPS instructions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), provide detailed feedback, address key product issues and flag specifics across the network.
• Support the Network Management and App360 teams in creating questionnaires and content for new products.
• Address implementation-related queries and provide ongoing assistance to underwriters (UWs), LOE MN, and SOEs and work with SOEs to coordinate product implementation steps and maintain requirements.
• Collaborate with the MN training team to provide process-related information and product capabilities for launch.
• Facilitate additional support during the product's initial launch phase, ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders.
• Follow standard portfolio management processes to ensure alignment with business goals and actively support the resolution of implementation challenges and improve processes.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field and fluent in English (Proficiency level).
• Experienced professional in Corporate & Specialty Insurance Mid or Large Corporate segment with a hands-on understanding of Multinational Insurance Programs and associated life-cycle.
• Ideally you also have 3+ years of experience in Product Roll out, Underwriting, Multinational or Project Transformation and Consulting background to understand complex transformational environment and be lead change management topics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders on various levels and experience working in multicultural environment and with complex projects.
• Proficiency in portfolio management tools and insurance software systems (e.g., GPS, App360).
• Experience using Project management tools or other process mapping tools, as well as Change management and Roll out specific experience.

You have

• Underwriting and Reinsurance experience or Operations
• Experience in multinational or network-based product rollouts.
• Expertise in creating standardized implementation protocols.
• Familiarity with training and user onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of multiple European Languages is a plus (German/ French etc)
