Job Purpose/Role:
This role is based in Singapore. You are responsible for defining and supporting the technical build of IT Product solutions that are desirable, feasible, and sustainable while ensuring that the solution meets customer needs over the product-market life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
Have content authority for the Program Backlog of Opus, Asia MIS and other related applications, part of Policy Administration IT Product.
Responsible for identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, guiding the work through the Program Kanban and developing the program Vision and Roadmap.
Act as an agile capability leader working within individual Agile teams of the OPUS Scrum of Scrums.
Embrace Agile Way of Working
Systematically consider customer benefits and analyze requirements based on stated and unstated customer need.
Demand collaboration between the Agile Teams and other organizational units, such as System Architecture.
Help to lead the Lean-Agile transformation, be a role model, coach leaders, teams, and product owners in the processes and mindset.
Improve and support the optimal use of tools and processes - also across teams, for example by participating in the "Community of Practice" (CoP) of the Agile@AGCS.
Collaboration
Build an effective collaborative model with Product Managers of PAGEART and other related IT Products.
Work with other Product Managers to prioritise demand across Products.
Define solutions and manage timelines, dependencies and risks for cross-product demand
Work with the Engineering Manager and Technical Director to align delivery capacity to demand.
Technical Excellence
Close collaboration to the Release Train Engineer and System Engineer/Architect to plan and understand enabler work.
Define Releases.
Ensure cohesion and unified goals and vision amongst your product owner team and the impacted business teams.

Key Experience / Requirements / Skills:
Required Experience
Experience in insurance industry domain.
Experience leading virtual/project teams.
Experience with steering and driving large programs.
Experience in developing others.
Change Management.
Required Education
Preferably Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience; Master’s degree with 6 year’s experience; No degree with 12 year’s experience.
Agile Fundamentals and Product Owner certification from an organization such as IC Agile, Scrum.org, ScrumAlliance.org; SAFe POPM certification.
Technical Skills
Scaling experience in Lean Agile practices.
Agile coaching.
Lean Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban.
Systems thinking / Design thinking.
Proficiency in AI skills: Intermediate Proficiency – You should be able to integrate AI-driven insights into your work to optimize outcomes and support broader organizational goals.

Languages
