About the Job

As an IT Analyst, you will focus on bridging business needs with IT solutions, managing project implementations with external suppliers, and overseeing delivery costs and processes.

This role involves transforming complex business requirements into technical specifications, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient project execution and delivery acceptance. Strong communication and analytical skills are crucial for success in this dynamic position.

What you do

  • Understand business requirements and transform them into IT requirements.
  • Communicate and negotiate with external suppliers regarding project implementation.
  • Discuss the workload and propose solutions from the supplier's side.
  • Monitor the delivery cost (deliveries of type Fixed Time Fixed Price and Time and Material).
  • Handle orders and acceptance of deliveries.

What you bring

  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, preferably within the insurance or banking industry with strong ability to understand complex business requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL for database work, and UML for system modeling.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and collaboration with external suppliers.
  • Language proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) and native-level Slovak or Czech language skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Analysis or Project Management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
