- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager (web or digital products).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) or comparable enterprise digital experience platforms
- Strong vendor/agency coordination skills; experience in working with external partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL basics required; advanced tools a plus).
- Knowledge of SEO principles, geo-targeting, and digital marketing enablement.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to influence stakeholders and present to executives.
- Knowledge of web and/or mobile app development best practices.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
What do we expect you to bring?
- Manage the product lifecycle of digital platforms, ensuring business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Own and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, balancing global direction with local priorities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, vendors, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Manage and optimize Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Target, Analytics, ContentSquare,Semji) for content, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Lead and coordinate international digital projects, ensuring alignment with Allianz global frameworks.
- Oversee and coordinate external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to standards, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Track and analyze KPIs and business metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) and foster a customer-centric culture.
- Present product strategies and performance updates to top management in a clear and structured way.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied across all web experiences to maximize visibility and organic traffic.
- Support geo-based content management and localization to ensure relevance for different customer segments.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to enable campaign execution, optimize landing pages, and integrate with lead management journeys.
