What you do:
- Lead the Claims management department and report directly to the COO.
- Lead and optimize the claims management process to align with business objectives.
- Supervise the entire claims handling process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve complex claims.
- Propose and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve processing times.
- Set, monitor, and report on performance KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Enhance operational rules, processes, and standards for claims management.
- Develop and operate a performance setting and monitoring system for claims.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support projects beyond daily responsibilities.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards in claims management.
What you bring:
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on motivating teams.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and specific claims liquidation requirements.
- Experience in developing and operating performance setting and monitoring systems for claims.
