As a technical expert, you will systematically guide our Property Managers and successfully maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders in a challenging environment. Your Responsibilities:
- Actively maintain and expand relationships with all stakeholders
- Manage diverse interests and perspectives in joint projects
- Oversee external partners in the implementation of planned CAPEX measures
- Monitor budget usage and adherence to deadlines
- Evaluate and analyze renovation concepts in terms of planning, costs, and execution
- Initiate and further develop processes for monitoring delegated operational tasks
- Develop, validate, and adjust maintenance measures and cost planning, particularly in the creation of property-specific business plans with a ten-year investment horizon
- Conduct economic analyses and lifecycle-oriented maintenance concepts
- Ensure the quality of services provided by third parties, including conducting audits and defining and implementing processes and training
- Depending on the complexity of the construction task: procurement, management, and controlling of external partners in the implementation of optimization and construction measures
Your Qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience in service provider management, particularly with Property and Facility Managers and service providers in construction and building technology
- Operational project experience in all phases and solid knowledge in construction technology
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, ideally also in SAP
- Outstanding communication and cooperation skills in dealing with clients and external service providers
- Goal and result orientation, as well as conflict resolution and assertiveness
- Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
