About the Job

As a Technical Product Owner at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision and strategy for our mobile projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of mobile applications that meet business objectives and enhance the user experience. Your role will involve prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with Allianz's strategic goals. You will leverage AI technologies to optimize product functionality and drive innovation.

What you do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for mobile projects, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with back-end systems.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance product functionality and drive innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and business value.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices in product development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product owners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on mobile projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance product capabilities and decision-making.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence for product management.
