We are looking for a top-tier Flutter Developer to take a leading role in building modern, high-performance mobile apps that serve users across Allianz globally. You will join a cross-functional, international team focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences: fast, scalable and user-centric.

What you do

• Lead the design and development of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Build and maintain clean, modular, and scalable codebases for iOS and Android.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL).
• Deliver pixel-perfect UI aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.
• Drive code quality through testing, CI/CD pipelines, and peer reviews.
• Integrate with Push Notification Services and other mobile native functionalities for iOS and Android.
• Monitor app performance, troubleshoot and optimize continuously whilst also collaborating with product managers, designers, QA and DevOps across locations.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and development best practices and mentor junior developers to promote a high-performance engineering culture.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance mobile application functionality and performance.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Deep expertise in Flutter/Dart with a strong portfolio or production-level apps with solid understanding of Flutter architecture (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).
• Experience integrating with backend systems (REST, JSON, OAuth, GraphQL) as well as a strong understanding of mobile-specific challenges (state management, responsiveness, animations, offline support).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Git).
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team, with excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• A mindset of ownership, proactive communication and result-driven execution.
• Experience in native mobile development (Swift or Kotlin) and knowledge of Firebase, mobile analytics, crash reporting, or A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
