Role overview

AI Acceleration is a unit within AZ-service DAAI area. We develop and deliver (Gen)AI solutions for OEs/Businesses.
We are looking for an experienced (Gen)AI solution engineer to take the responsibility of solution development, customer dialog, solution structuring and delivery.

What you do:

• You will develop and test the (Gen)AI solution
• You will guide the dialog with different departments to structure the most suitable solution for the business problem.
• You will bring the solution to go-live. Accompany the AI journey after go-live. Hand over the AI operation to the operation partner. Be a the main contact person for the business for the corresponding AI solutions.

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience working in insurance or related industry
• 1-3 years of experience in (Gen)AI solution development
• 2+ years of experience within Allianz or similar companies in financial and insurance industry
• Proficient development skills with Python
• Deep understanding and practical experience of standard (Gen)AI paradigm like RAG
• Experience and skills in talking to /co-creating with our users/partners for AI solution scoping and delivery.
• Presenting the solution to the partners.
• Experience with MCP / A2A protocol and agentic framework is a plus
• DevOps experience is a plus
• Experience with ETL process and PowerBI is a plus
