JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) – Investment Management AIM Global you are part of a diverse service management and business analyst team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients. You play a key role in the client relationship management, mainly the analysis of financial data requests including the management of service deliveries, service improvements and service performance. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects as face to the customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate as the key contact for assigned (mainly Allianz internal) investment management clients.
- Analysis of diverse client requests mainly related to financial, investment data and internal processes.
- Manage client service level agreements (SLA) and budgets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Alignment with clients, team members as well as IDS operating and project teams.
- Collect and develop specific knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
- Proactively identify process improvements and work with experts from other departments to ensure the continuous improvement of our services.
- Member of various projects and interface between business and technical requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics and/or equivalent experience in finance.
- Work experience in the insurance or financial industry (e.g. Accounting, Risk, regulatory requirements, Solvency II) is a plus.
- Good capital markets, finance and asset/investment management knowledge.
- High data affinity and experience in data analysis, preferably with relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL).
- Strong service attitude and customer orientation.
- Strong analytical approach and the ability to take initiative and to complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, autonomy and an above-average willingness to perform.
- Very Good English, German is a plus.
