The People Operations & Solutions Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations delivery for assigned geographies or business units, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR services aligned with Allianz Group standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Service Delivery
    • Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
    • Ensure SLA, KPI, and quality metrics are met or exceeded
    • Act as the point of accountability for HR Service Delivery
    • Drive a customer-centric service culture

  • Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead process standardization, automation, and optimization
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Partner with Global Process Owners on best practices

  • Digital HR & Systems
    • Ensure effective use of HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors)
    • Support system upgrades, data accuracy, and reporting
    • Maintain audit readiness and data integrity

  • Stakeholder & Governance Management
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders
    • Manage escalations and complex cases
    • Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and data privacy

  • People Leadership
    • Lead, coach, and develop HR Operations teams
    • Build high-performance, learning-oriented teams
    • Support workforce planning and succession

  • Risk & Compliance
    • Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
    • Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of HR experience with strong HR Operations background
  • Experience in shared services and global HR delivery
  • Strong HRIS and transformation exposure
