• Develop and implement underwriting strategies to enhance quality and efficiency
• Innovate and launch retail insurance products that meet market demands
• Ensure underwriting processes align with guidelines and regulatory standards
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration for seamless product integration
• Conduct market analysis and develop strategic partnerships for business
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products meet both business objectives and customer expectations, while maintaining alignment with company values and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
• Have at least 10 years experience in general Insurance industry / Line of Business
• Have the knowledge of laws and regulations affecting insurance pratices
• Certified minimum as A2IK and AIIS or equivalent
• Have a strong leadership, analitical thinking and communication skills
• Fluent in English both speaking & writting skills
• Strong skills in microsoft office and in maintain data analysis or using digital AI
