What you do
- Lodge the claims to the trustee (analysis of invoices / statements of
account / requests for documents from policyholders / compliance
with French legal deadlines) - Distribution of mails (received electronically) to team members
- Filing of files
- Close files that have been settled or are irrecoverable
- Follow the progress of insolvency proceedings: telephone
reminders to obtain plan dividends.
What you bring
Educational requirements
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Finance / Accounting, Law or Insurance is preferable
- Good understanding of Claims and Collections processes and KPI, reporting and systems is an advantage
Business expertise: - 6 months to 1 year experience is customer service or secretarial activities would be an advantage
Knowledge of IT systems: - Good user of MS Office package, especially Excel (intermediate level); comfortable with figures
- Good user of IT tools in general
Language skills - Fluent in French (both written and verbal) - mandatory
- Good English level required
Interpersonal skills: - Result orientated and able to work towards zero defaulted tasks
- Good organizational skills; proactivity

- Ability to manage own space and time and to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
