As an Expert - Workforce Management, The profile is strategic and plays a vital role in supporting Allianz Services Mauritius optimizing the workforce operations. Primarily to enhance scheduling, planning, and daily capacity needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering timely workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with operations to assess the current workforce related processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions. Also enabling the successful utilisation of WFM tool to the eligible business areas. The goal is to ensure that our workforce is aligned with its business objectives, resulting in streamlined operations and improved employee satisfaction.

What you have:

  • Improve scheduling and planning processes to meet daily capacity requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for operations, ensuring all work patterns are accurate and schedules are delivered promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of workforce management tools and technologies.
  • Analyse workforce data, including forecast, staffing levels, scheduling, and performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in Scheduling .
  • Mastering Verint functionalities to develop WFM skills .
  • Provide training and support for the adoption of new technologies like Verint/Storm .
  • Optimize scheduling processes to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing costs.
  • Advise on strategies for balancing workload and workforce capacity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively proactively to sustain the QS levels .
  • (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI

What you bring:

  • 1-5 years of experience in workforce related job profile
  • Knowledge in Statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of WFM tools
  • Data Analytical skills
  • Expertise on Excel dashboards
  • General School certificate or equivalent in related field
  • Comfortable in late night and weekend shifts

Soft Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills, operating as part of a team, participating, collaborating with team members on projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication Skills
  • Proven experience in workforce management consulting or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross -functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and French
