This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple telemarketing platforms, encompassing database management, operational workflows, CRM systems, and telephony systems. The individual will lead a team and collaborate closely with the IT and MIS departments to ensure successful project delivery and seamless business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Responsibilities:
Data Analytics
- Develop and execute analytics frameworks to support business growth in areas such as lead performance, sales performance, and renewal performance.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and improve operational outcomes.
Reporting
- Design and deliver both business-as-usual (BAU) and ad-hoc reports with precision and timeliness.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and reliability to support business teams in decision-making.
Technology & Tools
- Enhance reporting efficiency by leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, and other relevant platforms.
Database Management
- Co-design and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless data flow across multiple platforms.
- Oversee data integration from lead generation to policy management for both AH and PC units, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for future business needs.
Strategic Support
- Provide management with data-driven intelligence to guide decision-making and long-term planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with over 5 years of proven experience in data analytics, reporting, and database management, particularly within environments involving multiple data sources.
- Demonstrated success in working closely with IT departments to define business requirements, validate use cases, and develop solutions that effectively meet business needs.
- Prior experience in telemarketing within the insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Skilled in leading teams and leveraging tools such as Power BI, Excel, MS Access, and SQL to streamline daily operations, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
- Any AI-related future skills (e.g., ChatGPT or Copilot 365) will be an advantage.
